Fiinu Plc is privileged to be backed by a strong and steadfast group of investors, many of whom are long-term supporters with deep roots in retail investing, private equity, and banking. Our top shareholders include Dr. Marko Sjoblom, Karol Oleksa, Intrinsic Capital, Tomasz Kwaśniewski and our 2019 seed investor Kindred Capital. Equally, Nikki and Jason Rush have held their position in Fiinu for more than five years and sticky hands include retail investors such as Richard Gibbs, Sebastian Plubins and Ragnar Eisler, whose commitment is evident through unchanged or increased positions since 2018. Combined, over 80% of the shares in distribution reflect a strong vote of confidence in our long-term value and strategy. As of March 2025, over 92% of Fiinu’s issued share capital is held by our top 20 investors, underscoring how tightly held our shares are and the belief that exists in our mission.
